The Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Council approved a $1.66 million grant for Binghamton University to establish the Southern Tier Telemedicine and Mobile Health Research, Development and Training Center in the new Center of Excellence building. The center will help health care delivery systems navigate the gaps in health care access and investigate methods that can be easily integrated between practice and care sites.
