Meninjau Kartu Poker Anda (First Pass)
 
Saya menyarankan untuk mempelajari tangan beberapa kali, tetapi kelulusan pertama seharusnya hanya berupa ulasan nilai nominal. Setelah Anda menghitung, luangkan waktu sejenak dan analisis garis Anda. Di tangan yang saya bagikan di atas, saya memiliki dua titik belok utama:
 
 
 
1. Haruskah saya 4bet dan mendapatkan semuanya di preflop?
 
2. Preflop seperti yang dimainkan, haruskah saya memanggil flop shove?
 
 
 
Itulah pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang pertama kali akan saya jawab saat mempelajari tangan ini dan matematika diperlukan untuk keduanya. Tapi pembacaan tangan juga diperlukan karena saya tidak bisa mengukur EV dari panggilan flop shove tanpa terlebih dahulu membangun beberapa rentang yang tepat untuk keduanya. Jadi gunakan waktu ini untuk berlatih menetapkan beberapa rentang dan mencatat rentang tersebut sehingga Anda dapat menilai kembali nanti (atau membagikannya jika Anda memilih untuk memposting tangan di forum).
 
 
 
Kapan pun Anda tidak dapat memberikan penjelasan yang jelas dan logis untuk garis atau ukuran, Anda tahu itu adalah tempat di mana Anda perlu bekerja. Tanyakan pada diri Anda mengapa Anda membuat setiap permainan, setiap tindakan, dan memilih setiap ukuran.
